It was important to achieve both an aesthetically appealing appearance and a long-term safe and durable solution. The client chose a monolithic concrete slab with stamped concrete technology.

Given the unstable soil, the construction of other types of covering would require soil replacement up to 0.5 m deep, which would significantly increase the costs and scope of work. The client chose a monolithic concrete slab with stamped concrete technology, which allowed to obtain the color of natural stone and a beautiful stone texture, while ensuring the stability of the structure.
